Bookings:

The house is usually let from Saturday to Saturday

It sleeps a maximum of 8 people (including children)

Price:

In High Season (June to September) £1,680 for the first week and £1,600 for subsequent weeks.  This includes everything except bathing towels (which we ask you to take) and 'phone call costs.

Otherwise, it is negotiable depending on numbers and time of year.
